The assembly lines are a core part of the manufacturing process which contributes towards launching some of the high-end fine bicycles and provides services for clients with high quality requirement. Our high-end assembly line adopts the hanging assembly process which makes the bicycle assembly and commissioning more accurate and reliable.
FRAME CONSTRUCTION

A State-of-art technology supported by a dust-free environment, the painting process is geared to produce frames and forks of the highest quality. We provide a safe working space to all our associates. We have the latest technology in painting which runs mostly automated. We source the entire process of water / normal decal is managed by young skilled associates.

Our skilled quality control associates are placed at each department to conduct several tests and measurements to maintain international standards for our bicycles. Such tests include, frame vibration, frame drop, pressure tests... We also have introduced quality control measures at several processes from raw materials to finished goods.
